Our Doctor:
                         Rosemary Castoreno M.D.
 

                     Dr. Castoreno was born and raised in San Antonio, TX.

                   She graduated from Health Careers High School in 1995.            

                 Dr.  Castoreno received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of 

              Texas at Austin in 1999. She obtained a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2003. Dr. Castoreno completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2006. She has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 2006.

 

      Dr. Castoreno has been a successful hospitalist here in San Antonio since 2006. She has extensive experience with the management of hospitalized medically complicated patients. Dr. Castoreno has also worked as a primary care physician, was founder and medical director of Women's Comprehensive Clinic from 2012 to 2017.

      Dr. Castoreno is an Internist whose objective is to improve the health, quality of life, and healthcare delivery through the provision of skilled professional services and quality training. She hopes to optimize patients' health and improve outcomes through comprehensive medical care and patient education.

Dr. Castoreno is married and has three children.

Our primary care panel is currently closed.  However we continue to have appointments available for our weight loss program, general physicals with out need for PCP, and second opinion consultations.
